If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track. Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.

For the lucky people who are just experiencing minor symptoms, you simply need to learn how to silence your mind and ignore the thoughts that do not belong to you.

Debate your own thought on a point and then be absolutely still and quiet and observe what “your own thoughts” come up with as though you are both the therapist & the one on the couch simultaneously. Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.
Having enhanced vision suddenly. Ability to have extraordinary vision on a temporary basis such as seeing things a far off that a person shouldn’t be able to see like stars in the sky appearing larger and more detailed.
Sudden pressure like something has blocked your ears. Sort of feels like pressure from when water gets in the ear.
Pressure in the head
Suddenly becoming extraordinarily cold where one begins to shake and convulse.
Rapid deep sleep cycles, instantly falling into a deep sleep state while simultaneously knowing you were conscious in it
Thinking animals and insects are spying on you
Multiple clicks that are similiar to the African click language dialect
Thinking the news, movies & other forms of media are sending you personal messages.
Do these thoughts truly belong to and originate with you?
Mydriasis, Strange pupil dilation which is a result of lust or adrenaline rushes.
“Migraines” or “headache” in hyper specific areas. They can rest primarily on the left or right hand side as a rule, not an exception.
Having blurry or hindered vision temporarily or even blindness
